Purposes of processing:
- Photos and recordings in which you are present will be processed for the purpose of promoting the event (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Personal data provided in the form will be processed for the purpose of organising and participating in the event (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Your personal data may be processed for the purpose of defending or pursuing claims based on the legitimate interests of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Your personal data will be processed for direct marketing purposes based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Your personal data will be retained by the controller for the duration of activities for promotional and informational purposes, and after their completion, until any potential claims are time-barred.
If you consent to direct marketing, your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent or express a clear lack of interest in the content directed to you.
Recipients of your personal data include entities whose services the controller uses in processing your personal data (e.g. IT service providers), as well as other recipients such as entities processing data on behalf of the controller under a data processing agreement, visitors to our social media profiles, institutions authorised to audit the controller’s activities, or entities entitled to obtain personal data under separate regulations.
Your personal data may be transferred to entities whose services the controller uses during processing, which are located outside the European Economic Area (the "EEA"), specifically the following social media platforms: X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. These platforms are covered by the Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, request its deletion or restriction of processing, and object to its processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates GDPR provisions.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time; however, withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
In cases where data is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to participate in the event.
In cases where data is processed under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, providing personal data is voluntary, and failure to provide it does not affect the processing.
